Review:

THE TURKISH AFFAIR by J. Arlene Culiner is a mystery and a romance novel all rolled into one. Because of her past, Anne does not trust easily and wants to avoid relationships as they only ever end disastrously. But when Renaud shows up, she cannot help feel that frisson of attraction, even if he infuriates her along the way. But with her friend's disappearance, and valuable artefacts vanishing, Anne and Renaud will find themselves in dangerous territory. But can they trust each other? Anne is a strong character and I really liked her grit and determination. Rich in detail this book is ideal for history and archaeology buffs, THE TURKISH AFFAIR by J. Arlene Culiner is an easy read brimming with intrigue, and I enjoyed reading it.
